Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or changes can be made via the reservation system, phone, or email. Cancellation fees will be charged as follows based on the timing:

• Up to 6 days before: Free
• 5 to 2 days before: 30% of the total fee
• The day before: 50%
• On the day or no-show: 100%

[Refunds]
For credit card payments, refunds will be processed through your card issuer after the cancellation is confirmed. A refund fee (a small percentage) will be deducted from the original amount. The timing of the refund depends on the card company.

[Cancellations due to forces of nature]
If service delivery is difficult due to natural disasters, severe weather, or other circumstances on our part, we will provide a full refund or reschedule for another date.

Returns & Exchanges
