About Short-term Ski & Snowboard Rentals
Short-term rental is a service that allows you to rent ski and snowboard equipment on a daily basis.
Compared to purchasing new equipment, it's more cost-effective, and we offer delivery and pickup services to your accommodation when traveling.
We also carry powder skis & powder snowboards in our lineup, making it perfect for off-piste and backcountry enthusiasts.
While we maintain a large inventory, there are limitations on grades and quantities.
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis (reservations priority), so please make a reservation before visiting.
Usage Guidelines
- Required for Rental
- "Passport" or "Driver's License"*For identification purposes, we will need to make a copy of your ID when renting.
Please have it ready in advance.
Rental Period
- Rental Period (2024-2025 Season)
- October 1, 2024 - End of May 2025
- Rental Start Time
- You can pick up your rental items at the store between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM the day before your rental start date, or between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM on the rental day.
Additionally, we can deliver to hotels or accommodations within Hokkaido. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the delivery area and location, so we recommend applying well in advance. We may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the details of your application. Thank you for your understanding.
- Return Method
- You can choose the return method for the rental items from the following options: "Return to the store (during business hours)," "Return after business hours (Return Box)," or "Return via delivery (Yamato Transport: additional shipping fee of 3,000 yen)."

Rental Process
- [ 1 ] Visit Store or Make Reservation
- Either visit our store directly or contact us via our inquiry form or phone to make a reservation.
- [ 2 ] Select Equipment
- After completing necessary forms at the store, choose your preferred equipment.
Feel free to ask our staff if you have any questions.
- [ 3 ] ID Verification
- We will make a copy of your driver's license or health insurance card for identification purposes.
Please have your ID ready.
- [ 4 ] Payment and Equipment Pickup
- After payment is complete, you'll receive your equipment. Delivery service is available upon request.
- [ 5 ] Return
- Return the equipment to our store by the due date or ship it back to us (shipping fees at customer's expense).
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of reservations, cancellation fees will apply as outlined below starting five days prior to the date of use.
Please contact us during business hours for any changes or cancellations to your reservation.
For email notifications, the date of receipt will be considered as the date of notice.

- On the date of use:
- 100% of the total fee
Note: If payment was made via bank transfer, the transfer fee for refunds will be borne by the customer. Thank you for your understanding.
