Registration for the Service must be completed by the users themselves through the Company's designated registration form.

Users must register accurate information when providing information during registration.

Users are deemed to have agreed to these terms when they input and register the required items in the registration form.

The Company will appropriately handle and strictly manage users' registered personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws.

The Company will use registered personal information within the following purposes:

(1) Regarding Customer Personal Information

1. - For service registration, identity verification, service provision, maintenance, protection, and improvement
2. - For service-related notifications and handling inquiries
3. - For notifying changes to service terms
4. - For purposes incidental to the above
5. - For creating trend data and marketing data through analysis and aggregation to improve products and services

These terms shall be governed by Japanese law.

The Sapporo District Court or Sapporo Summary Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes regarding these terms.
