We offer a hand-picked lineup of premium gear, including options for powder snow.

Usage Guidelines

Required Documents: Please upload a copy of your identification document when making a reservation.

Customers without a reservation will be asked to provide a copy of their identification document at the store.

Important Notes Before Renting: During the season, certain models or sizes may be temporarily unavailable depending on rental availability.

Reservations are prioritized, so we recommend making a reservation in advance before visiting the store.

Rental Period

Rental Period (20256-2027 Season): November 20, 2026 (Fri, tentative) – April 30, 2027 (Fri)

Pick-up and Return Times: ▼ Pick-up Time
On the day of use, or after 3:00 p.m. on the previous day
Please visit the store at your reserved time.

On the day of use, or by 11:00 a.m. on the following day

Use within the above time frame will be charged as a one-day rental.

Rental Period Example

Return Method: You may choose from the following return methods:

- Return to the store during business hours
- After-hours return via the return box
- Return by delivery via Yamato Transport: additional shipping fee of ¥4,800

Equipment Grades

Rental items are available in two grades for both skis and snowboards: Standard and Premium.

Standard: ▼ Skis:
We offer easy-to-control skis that can be enjoyed by a wide range of skill levels.

▼ Snowboards:
We offer softer twin-tip snowboards that can be enjoyed by a wide range of skill levels.

Premium (For Intermediate to Advanced Riders): ▼ Skis:
We offer all-mountain skis, fat skis, twin-tip skis, and more.

▼ Snowboards:
We offer directional snowboards, all-mountain snowboards, powder snowboards, and more.

Boots and wear are not divided into grades. We will provide items in the appropriate size based on availability on the day.

Rental Rates | 2026–2027 Season

During the season, certain models or sizes may be temporarily unavailable depending on rental availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Rental Process

[ 1 ] Make Reservation: Please make a reservation in advance through the reservation page.
Customers with reservations will be given priority on the day of use.

[ 2 ] Select Equipment: Our staff will select suitable items based on your height and weight.
You will be able to try them on at the store, so you can use gear that fits you properly.

[ 3 ] Payment and Equipment Pickup: After payment is completed, we will hand over your rental items.

[ 4 ] Return After Use: You may return your rental items to a store other than the one where you rented them, or return them by delivery.

※ If you would like to return your items by delivery, please be sure to let us know before completing payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to change or cancel your reservation, please contact the store where you made your reservation during business hours.

For inquiries by email, the date we receive your email will be treated as the acceptance date.

We will reply within two business days.

Cancellation Fees

5 to 2 days before the date of use:: 30% of the total fee

1 day before the date of use:: 50% of the total fee

On the date of use:: 100% of the total fee

SOTORENT Teine Station Store

Recommended for customers arriving by public transportation or using the shuttle bus to Teine Olympia.

Access: 1-minute walk from JR Teine Station, South Exit 3

Parking: You may use the underground parking lot in the same building, Kitene Building.

SOTORENT Zenibako Store

Recommended for customers driving to nearby resorts or staying in the Otaru area.

Access: 4 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot from JR Zenibako Station
5-minute walk from the Katsuraoka bus stop

※ Bus service is limited, so we recommend visiting by car.

Parking: Parking for 6 cars is available in front of the store.

Free Shuttle Service

Customers who rent equipment from SOTORENT Teine Station Store may use our free shuttle service to Sapporo Teine Ski Resort (Olympia Zone), provided they meet the eligibility requirements.
